The Basics link will take you to a summary of the sale process. It will tell
you in brief detail what steps are involved, and in what general order things
will proceed from beginning to end.
The Glossary link is pretty self-explanatory. We have compiled a large glossary
of real estate terms for our clients to reference. We realize that not everyone
is an expert in real estate, and will not always be familiar with some of the
terminology; that’s what we’re here for. If you’re unfamiliar with a term that
you hear, look it up in our glossary. If you can’t find it here, or are still
unsure about the meaning or the impact on you, contact us; we are happy to
answer any of your questions.
The Community link will take you to a list of phone numbers and website links
to various community organizations that you may need. These include utility
companies, chambers of commerce, police, voter registration, DMV, and more. If
you know of another organization that should be added to our list, please
contact us to let us know. We want to provide as much helpful information as we
can to our clients.
The Helpful Resources link will take you to a list of additional resources that
you may be able to use. There are articles here about environmental issues
affecting real estate and what fees are involved in your closing costs. We
update this section regularly, so check back often to see what’s new. Also, if
