Our tools section is a compilation of articles, advice, and useful checklists
that can help you prepare to purchase your next home, and find the one that’s
right for you.
If you click on Tips above, you will see a list of articles on various topics
that we thought would be helpful to our buyers. These include advice on what
you can do to prepare yourself before you purchase your home, how you can find
the right home for you, what to consider when writing an offer, how to
negotiate your deal, and why a home inspection is important.
If you click on Checklists, you will see a list of different checklists that
you can view and print to help you stay organized and remember what you still
have to do throughout this process. Currently, there are checklists for
evaluating and comparing each home you see, what to bring with your loan
application, and moving. Although not required, we highly recommend using these
lists. They can be very helpful to you in the sale process. To print these,
highlight the text you want to print, then click on File > Print, and choose
to print selection, this way you’ll get the checklist without all the extra
stuff from the web page.
We are constantly updating our tools with more articles and advice for our
